For over a decade, Chime has been disrupting the trillion-dollar banking industry by focussing on the needs of everyday Americans and dismantling outdated systems that are holding people back.
Chime has led the industry in disrupting the rules of traditional banking by removing fees and penalties. Even its bank card helps build credit scores through everyday purchases, like coffee or groceries, making progress easy, simple and accessible.
Chime enables millions of members to take small steps forward with two simple tools - the card and the app. So, we built Chime’s world around these two essentials - transforming these products into portals of forward progress.
The green ‘portal’ represents how Chime’s products work together to simplify everyday progress. By reflecting everyday moments, progress is visible in small actions that collectively add up to create change, and also reminds customers that financial progress isn't just about lofty goals and an unattainable dream.
A key goal was to build a more relatable, more inclusive and more seamless experience for consumers without sacrificing the brand personality. Especially in a sector that avoids coloring outside of the lines.
